Attention LMG participants. On Thursday, the Tuesday and Thursday groups will meet for a Blood Drive celebration during SLT. See you then:)
PPS Parent University, "Transforming Schools: Creating Safe and Welcoming Schools for Transgender and Gender Expansive Students", will be held Thursday, April 26th, at the Lincoln Middle School Learning Commons, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. All are welcome.
PTO Events:
Box tops for Education - The PTO is running a Box Top fundraiser competition. The house with the
most
box tops collected during the competition will win a popsicle party!
Students are asked to bring in their box tops and put them in the
collection container in their Lions" Pride room. The competition
runs through 5/15. Counts will be updated and posted each month to promote some healthy competition and school spirit!
Hanging Baskets are now for sale thru May 5th; pick up will be May 11th or 12th. Selection
options and order forms are available in the Main office. Payment of $27 for each order is due when order is placed.
PTO Calendar Raffle: the PTO has put together an amazing calendar raffle for the month of May
leading
up to the 5K. Tickets are on sale now! Buy a raffle ticket for $10
and you get a chance to win one of the prizes! The more tickets you buy,
the more prizes you can win! A winner is drawn every day in the month of May! Raffle Calendars and tickets are available in the Main office.
The Last School Dance will be on Friday, April 27th,
6:30pm - 8pm. Sign ups will begin today, April 23rd, in the main
office, before and after school. Cost is $5, you must sign up prior to
the dance, no sign ups at the door.
Annual LMS School's Out 5K is scheduled for Saturday, June 9th.

LMS has a partnership with the Locker Project which gives us free food to help families--we have soup,spaghetti,macaroni
and cheese,rice, and cereal. Please see Ms.Randall in student services
if you would like to bring some food home to your family---we all need
some extra help sometimes.
Sports today:
Girls LAX pick up for game at Bonny Eagle is at 2:30 pm out front of school
Indoor track jerseys must be turned in this week. There are still too many that are not.
Students are reminded, please
sign in at the main office to see a teacher prior to the start of the
school day. Otherwise, ALL students should be in either the cafeteria OR
the gazebo area until the bell rings. No students should be in
classrooms without permission from a teacher.
A late bus will be available for students who are eligible for transportation every afternoon but Wednesday.
The late bus will arrive at 3:30pm. Any student planning to take the
late bus must get a pass from the staff member they are staying after
with. After 3:15 when many activities will end, students waiting for the
late bus must report to the music room to wait in a supervised
location. Students may NOT wait outside or leave school grounds prior
to taking the bus and no students will be allowed to board the bus
without a pass.
Garden Club has started again!
Please meet in Mrs. Driscoll's room, room 10 by 2:25pm, on Mondays.
We will be working outside in the gardens around the dome and a bit in
the dome. Anyone can join!
Spring Drama Club meets after school on Mondays in the Learning Commons. All are welcome to join.
Technology Club will meet on Mondays, at 2:20 in Room G8. Everyone is invited!
Comic Book Club meets on Mondays after school in room G4, Mrs. Hager's room on the ground floor. See you there.
New ! Lego Club! will meet on Tuesdays after school in Mr. Santoro's room 101. All students are invited.
Cup stacking club
meets on Tuesdays. You’ll be learning how to cup stack, stack in
different ways, meet new friends and have some fun. The club will meet
in Mr. Hardy’s room #105 from 2:15 - 3:30. No experience necessary!
Game Club meets on Tuesdays in room 301! All grade levels welcome.
The Civil Rights Team meets on Tuesdays in the Learning Commons. New members are always welcome!
Dungeons and Dragons Club (D&D)meets on Tuesdays after school in room 205 until 3:35pm.
NERD Club will meet on Tuesdays after school in Mrs. Amato's room 111.
6th grade math team will meet on Monday afternoons and on Wednesday mornings in Ms. Amato's rm, 111. at 7:15am.
The first Cooking Club session will start this Thursday after school in the FACS room.
Lincoln's Makerspace meets on Thursdays after school 2:30-3:30 in the MakerSpace room located on the ground floor next to Engineering Technology.
The 5210 student wellness committee meets every Thursday in Room 105 at 2:20pm. If you like promoting healthy eating and physical activity to your peers this is the club for you. Come and make your voice and ideas heard.
7th and 8th grade math teams will meet on Fridays from 7:15-7:40 am. Please see Mrs. Guillerault in 204 if you are interested!
