They stayed there in Narnia for a while where it was cold because a witch put a spell on it to stay winter all year around.  They have to save one of their friends who lives in Narnia  and change it from being winter all the time and get a new leader other then the witch, but to do that they have to go through tons of obstacles along the way.

Review:
Have you and you brothers and sisters ever played hide and go seek? Well this is how this whole adventure began. While playing this game a  secret land was discovered and friends were met there. Then one day one of the human’s friends had to go to jail in Narnia. The humans have to help him and they go through a lot of articles along the way.          C.S Lewis did a great job describing what Narnia was like, because obviously Narnia is a made up place. When reading this book you will get lost in an imaginary land. Most people don't like reading books that are boring and don't give you much detail, this book gets you involved and almost feels like you are in the book or maybe on of the characters.
There was a part in the book when everyone was entering the wardrobe it feels like you are too. Then when Lewis is telling you about what it is like in there you are almost feeling the same thing. This book is one of the best books I have ever read because it keeps me interested and holds my attention the whole time.
