Review:
Picture your self seventeen years old on your way to the Vietnam War.  You have a worried mother at home hoping you come home alive and not harmed. Well this is what happens to a seventeen year old boy named Perry, in the book Fallen Angels. Perry meets many people in his line of duty.
In the middle of the book he is protecting the hamlets (villages) in Vietnam, when he hears the sound of a gun being loaded behind him in the hut he is in. He looks behind him and there is a Cong (enemy solider) behind him, the Cong tries to kill him when the gun jams and Perry throws the Cong and takes his gun and points in at his Cong’s face. Perry doesn't really want o kill any one but this man was trying to kill him, but ended up shooting him. When they were leaving they took all the villagers with them and then burnt the huts down to the ground.  Two Congs came out screaming because they were on fire. One of the woman went up to the Congs and stabbed them and the Congs died.
So if you like war books and can stand people dying in the middle of wars and great courage, this book is for you.
