Daily Bulletin for Lincoln Middle School                               

Thursday, April 13, 2017 Gold Day


 

  • A late bus will be available for students who are eligible for transportation every afternoon but Wednesday.  The late bus will arrive at 3:40.  Any student planning to take the late bus must get a pass from the staff member they are staying after with.  After 3:15 when many activities will end, students waiting for the late bus must report to the music room to wait in a supervised location.  Students may NOT wait outside or leave school grounds prior to taking the bus and no students will be allowed to board the bus without a pass.
  • Today is Full Band, Orchestra and Chorus.
  • Boys and Girls Outdoor Track meets directly after school out back.
  • All indoor track jerseys need to be turned in today,  by those NOT doing outdoor track.
  • Boys baseball practice is at Dougherty Field at 3pm.
  • Girls softball practice is at Dougherty Field at 3pm.
  • Any student interested in Spring ROLE, please stop by the office for an application form.  Parent information night is tonight, April 13th. at 6pm in the Learning Commons.  Scholarships are available.
  • There will be SAGA lunch during 2nd lunch today in Ms. Briley's room, 304. 
  • There will be no after school SAGA meeting today.
  • No Wellnes Club today.
  • No Technology Club today.
  • Garden Club will meet after school today.
  • Make It Happen will meet today after school in the Learning Commons.
  • 8th Grade Math team will have an optional practice today.
  • PTO Hanging Flower Basket Sale- orders are being taken now through May 5.  Order forms are  available in the Main Office and are also linked from our webpage. Contact Sarah Robinson, PTO President, with any questions (207-749-4494)
  • PTO Calendar Raffle- 10 day countdown for the Lincoln Middle School 5K- we are now selling raffles for our calendar raffle which will take place between June 1-10. There are lots of great prizes, including gift certificates to local stores and restaurants, a gas grill, and a week of Aucocisco Day Camp this summer with Rippleffect!  One entry is $5 or three for $10.  Details and entry forms are on our webpage, and additional copies are available in the Main Office.
  • Schools Out 5K - our LMS Schools Out 5K is saturday, June 10th and the race signup link is now open!   • No School for teachers or students Friday, April 14.
  • Reminder to students:  laptops are to be left at school, in Lions' Pride rooms, over break.  Students who do not leave their laptops may lose take home privileges for the remainder of the school year.
  • April Break is the week of April 17 - 21.
